All of the above prices are for the DIRECT Plan. If you choose the DIRECT Plan, we do everything but the hearing test.
If you choose the LOCAL Plan, everything is done locally for an additional $500 per hearing aid.
If you choose the FLIGHT Plan, everything is done locally at our Colorado Springs office, but at the "Direct" prices.
